Terms
The rules for using Ivy Varsity, in plain words.
Last updated November 1, 2026
Who can join
Membership is open only to current and former Ivy League varsity athletes who are 18 or older. You agree to give accurate information about yourself, including your school, sport and years. We can decline or remove any account we can't verify.
Membership is free
Athletes don't pay to join, and membership can't be bought. Employers may pay to post roles, which never gives them access to member profiles.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
How to treat other members
- Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate or discrimination.
- No spam, mass messages or unsolicited selling.
- Don't copy, scrape or export member information, and don't share another member's contact details outside Ivy Varsity without their permission.
- Don't pretend to be someone else or vouch for someone you don't know played.
- Follow the law, and any NCAA, Ivy League or school rules that apply to you as a current athlete.
What you post
You own what you post. By posting, you let Ivy Varsity show it to the members who are allowed to see it. Only post things you have the right to share.
Meeting in person
Ivy Varsity helps members meet. Members make their own plans and are responsible for their own safety and conduct. Meet in public places, and report anything that feels wrong.
Job posts
Employers and members are responsible for the roles they post. Ivy Varsity doesn't guarantee any job, interview or outcome.
Ending your membership
You can leave any time by asking us to delete your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put members at risk.
No guarantees
Ivy Varsity is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Ivy Varsity isn't liable for indirect losses or for what members do.
Not affiliated
Ivy Varsity is an independent organization. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Ivy League or any of its member institutions.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and let members know in the app. Using Ivy Varsity after that means you accept the new terms.
